DNA Paternity Test

A paternity test is a DNA test done between a father and child. At DNA Confidential this is one of the most common tests that we specialize in. Through the collection of a mouth swab done in the cheek. We can analyze the DNA of the father and the child and see if they are a match.

A 15 Genetic marker analysis is conducted with 99.99% accuracy to determine whether or not the father is a match at 99.9 % or an exclusion, at 0%.

Please note all results are confidential and only the clients of the test will be given results.

Siblingship DNA Test

Doing a siblingship test is useful because it can provide information if you do not have a parent to test. You can test to determine if you are full or half siblings or even related at all. If a mother or father is not available to be tested the sibling test may be the test you need. With a missing parent it can help fill that unanswered question you’ve been searching for.

Siblingship tests also provide useful biological information for legal reasons. They can be used in cases dealing with Social Security benefits, Child support, Will contests, Inheritance claims, and many other situations. This test is conducted through buccal mouth swabs that are collected to try to match or exclude your DNA from the other participant in the test.

Grandparent DNA Test

This test will tell you if you are a match to one of your Grandparents. It is helpful if you you have an absent parent, either deceased, missing or unavailable. The test can prove maternity or paternity for a child through comparing DNA with either the Maternal or Paternal (depending on which parent is missing) Grandparents.

The test is done with the Childs mother, the Child and the alleged Grandparents. Generally the mother's sample is used to eliminating her contribution to the child's DNA profile. The test can be performed without a collected sample from the mother, if the mother is unavailable for testing. In cases where the mother is the missing parent, the collected samples would be between the child and the maternal Grandparents.
